Can I host multiple domain in one shared hosting package
Yes, you can, GigsGigs ONEPlan Enhanced and Enterprise allow to host multiple domain.
Is this really Unlimited ?
Yes, it is unlimited, with the basis of shared. We do limit by Inode ,each of shared hosting plan will have inode limit of 350,000 inode. Other then this, space, bandwidth is all no limit.
Is there any refund policy ?
Yes, we do provide refund to customer, 30 days basis . If you not happen with the services, you can request for refund within 30 days. And we will provide full refund. However, if there is any transaction fees incur by bank or payment gateway, and it can’t refund by them, we are not responsible for that.
There is another case that you can’t get refund is if we detected you are violet our Terms of Use, for example host a spamertise website, sending out spam mail or mass mailing, or involving int any hacking activities. You will not get refund, and account will be immediately being terminated.
Can we try before sign up?
No, we do not provide try package, you can make full payment, and if not happy with the package, you can request for full payment after 30 days.
Do you support mass mailing ?
No, we have strict policy that do not support mass mailing. If detected mass mailing, we will immediate suspend the account, and it is without refund.
